Yes, you do not know how happy I am. I honestly didn't care how these turned out, I was just over the moon that I could actually nail focus, even on the other focus points. I didn't try focus and recompose yet. I got a question. If I take the center focus point and focus, hold down the AF ON button it will keep focus if I keep the button held down and recompose, right?

Yes, but it will shift your plane and if you're using wider apertures, your focus will be way off. The best way is to select the closest AF point and use that instead of focus-recompose.
