Got me a packer going on

Trimmed Seared and smoke .

Seared on the weber with black pepper smeared all over it .It will turn burnt looking .Its a good thing to be burnt .Then on to the primes for 7 hrs of smoke time.
Fall apart dang good taste .

Oh ya my table is a little broken .Ill be building a new one soon .The wood just dosen't stand up to the heat very well.Its 5 yrs old now ,time for a new style anyhow .
