Unusual perspective and a really good use of depth of field here is a great shout and leads to a striking photograph. Excellent use of leading lines and an OOF foreground that works incredably well.

I'd suggest considering putting the head bang on the centreline, as I think it's an unusual enough shot to pull it off, and would provide a subtle re-enforcement of the focal point. However, it is an excellent shot as is.
