I am not too keen on #1. I think you overdid the processing there. #2 is brilliant. I love that one very much for its sharpness. #3 I like the expression on her face. She must feel threatened by your taking a shot at her thinking you might want to share her catch of the day. Sorta...

Good effort...Keep shooting Nancy but back up on too much processing. Sometimes we do not know when to stop...and that goes for me too. I should remember when to stop.

Nice light direction to bring out those colours and I was just saying in here the other day Nancy, I've yet to get one of our Herons with a fish !!. Plenty with small crabs, but no fish. Nice work and darn good shots.
