Great contract site

I was revising my contract and came across this site:

I know there has been a lot of people asking about contracts lately. So here you go my contract is now 8 pages long and covers a lot more than it did before! My next step is to have it looked at by a attorney to make sure it is 100% legal. ~Mary

I know some women that care more about their wedding photos than their first house, so 8 pages makes sense.

Wow you are lucky we just bought one and I swear we signed 15 pages and there was plenty we just read and didn't have to sign. I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered.
