Its not a shadow its a reflection.

And like the previous post said the horizon is badly tilted. Water always makes itself level.

I could never get the horizon right from a boat no how.Free hand .If im not on a tri pod .i have issues with the horizon leveler on camera.
Yes ya'll are right ,reflection not shadow .lol

Ill just keep trying with out tripod .Im shooting with basicly 1 arm .My right arm isnt all functional after my motorcycle accident .

Edit it in post Samm, rotate it so the horizon is level and crop it a touch to leave the blank spots out.
