You need to get these cars out of the shop to do a proper photo shoot.

Dem halos brother. Especially on the top of the green bug where it comes in contact with the background, and around the fire pull thing (?).

I had no control over that, it was at a car show.

This is a pretty typical excuse.

"I had no control over it, because xxxxxx".

Eventually you'll realize that it doesn't matter what you had "control over". You need to do whatever you can to achieve the best shot, whether that's breaking out a flash, moving to a better vantage point, or taking the subject to a different shoot location.

Not everything can be a good picture, and mediocre pictures can't be saved with mediocre editing.

Is that a VW minibus in the background? Those things were groovy as hell.

Sure was, and it was very cool. Though I was trying to capture the color of the vw.

I was trying to capture the color of the vw.

"Car show", huh? It appears to be a very low budget car show with so many cars crammed into a too-small space. Not enough space to properly stage and light them. Also, I see that you were using only ambient light from the ceiling fixtures.

Perhaps you could approach the producer of the show and ask if any of the cars can be repositioned in an effort to get better photographs. Alternatively, you could talk with each owner in turn to ask if they would be willing to allow some photography.

Some cars were crammed for a certian theme, some were spread out, and the crowds were bad, making it tough to get shots, I found myself just snapping away with my point and shoot in between people walking all over..

Nice shots of the Imperial Cruiser!

Car shows are tough, atleast to me, so one has to make do with it, and get some shots in, the crowd can be more of a hassle then how the cars are setup, so one must pick their spots and fire off shots, would be nice to be able to get in during setup maybe, when I am in control, I tend to do these types of shots..

Criticism aside, thanks for sharing. VW enthusiasts like myself can still appreciate it.
