Yesterday I went on my lunch break and took some pictures of a beautiful landscape of the mountains here in new mexico with my D60. I used spot metering to determin exposure. When I got home and examined the pictures I found that the trees I used to lead into the mountains and horizon came out way way too saturated. I can't post the pics because I'm at work put i will attenmp to as soon as i get home. Bearing in mind that I am completly new to photography (about 2 weeks in) can any of you think of what I may have done wrong off the top of your heads? I'd really like to know how I can mellow out the green of the trees. Thank you so much in advance!
