Interesting composition. I like the general idea you had in mind, however; the only face that can be seen clearly is that of the fellow in the front. I think this pose would have been better applied by having the party standing somewhat more diagonally so more faces could be seen. It also looks like a bit more DOF could have been used, as the gent in the back is a little fuzzy. Just my .02.
