I was patient and waited quite a while for photo 2

3) then groundhog #1's friend showed up

5) and a squirrel decided to do a sexy pose for me





6) and finally a Jay came by for a peanut






I tried to keep my focus on the eye of the animal(s), what do you think? it was fairly dark in the woods, I was playing with my settings.

2 is nice, it has a nice background and pose

Nice shots, I like 3, 5 and 6 the best, although the poor jay has a stick coming out of its beak - have to watch those "sprouts" as I call them as they can kill an otherwise great image. My only other comment would be to ask if you could do something with the blue jay to bring it out of the background a bit more. His "grey" feathers seem to blend a bit into the background.
