my 360 has never given me problems...ive had it since its release.
my ps3 has already been sent back once...and is giving me freezing issues again.

Not true,The 360 will wipe the floor with the ps3,sonys days are numbered.Plus the 360 elite is being realised soon.

That game is way too much fun. IV is going to rock. My friends would play different games with it - max number of stars with one shot, most cars destroyed in one shot, max number of cops chasing you, most number of people run over in 30 seconds, odd crap that was fun as hell. Rampages are the best!

GTA IV and GT5 are the only reasons I am (eventually) buying a PS3.
