Too bad the light is not right. So I tried HDR. 5 shots 1 stop apart.

Now there is an HDR photo I can enjoy. Nicely composed and nicely rendered. I probably wouldn't have known it was HDR if you hadn't said so. Lovely reflections.

Agreed! ^^ This (IMO) is what HDR should look like. I think this has great potential for a monochrome too, but I can't help thinking that the water looks like it's 'leaning' to the left.

Your right tirediron, I reloaded this and there is a slight lean to the left.
Amazes me how people can see something that I totally miss.
