Hard to choose the two rifle scope.

I have a small store to sale all kinds of binoculars. Now I'm badly in need of small quantity about rifle scope. For this, I have searched on the line and interested in Nikon Monarch Riflescope and Eyeskey 4-16x50. The price and quality are big problems to me. Hope others can help me and give me some suggestions. Thanks!

I think I know the answer. I would choose the rifle scope that could put a .22-250 bullet right in the center of a can of SPAM at 150 yards from an offhand position.
