Harp On Me

I was visiting my father on Sunday and he handed me an old Guiness bottle and said "take a picture of this". The harp on the label gave me the idea for this composition... Nothing groundbreaking but I like the contrast of the bottle against the statue and the variety of lines.

I really didn't notice the bottle until I read the post.

It would have been improved by getting the camera on the same level as the bottle.... so that the figure would have served as a contrasting background. As it is.. much of the bottle is lost in the dark reflections on the table. It would have also allowed for a better framing, and the label would be more visible / readable. A reflector throwing some fill on the label would have been nice also.
