Has anyone used after market batteries?

I am going to get a backup battery for my D40 the nikon brand one is $40 which seems kind of expensive for a battery. Has anyone ever tried one of these after market batteries for 7 bucks? The reviews seem nice is there anything that could go wrong when using one of these?

Well I have This for my Nikon D90 and it is very good. That is the one for a d40 but it seems to be good quality and it lasts for a long time. GL
