Hassie Needs help

Hello folks.
Im pretty new to photography and one day new to medium format.
The 500c/m just arrived with an 80mm lens, 2 backs and some other corn.
It has some issues.

The 24 back has the felt light seal peeling out from behind the slide
the camera wont fire with the 12 back on as if the slide is still in place
when focusing at infinity, the two images dont line up (the object is behind infinity focus)

Can anyone help with these issues?

Hi, congrats on the Hasselblad! you might have better luck by going to the Collector's Corner in the film section of this site. Light seals are usually no problem but I don't own a Hasselblad.

Well I found you have to "rewind" the 12 back a little or else it wont fire
I get a set to fix the 24 back
that leaves the focus problem
The viewfinder focus and the actual focus are out of sync
the viewfinder tells me to focus in back of the image
tried changing the screen and prism but no luck
any ideas?
