That's wonderful. great contrast in the grass.

Don't you think it's a bit late for hay? Wet hay is dangerous (the mold gets hot and as a result, explodes and catches the hay on fire) and not only that, but harder than hell to buck!

round bails stay outside and don't get too nasty for the cows, horses maybe, but not cows. and i'm in texas, even if it rains while we have hay cut and on the ground it usually drys out by 10:00 am the next day. we are still having 80 degree weather here.

i can't buck 1800 lb hay bails, john deere can though!
 
we have one more cut this weekend and it'll be done.

we're behind a little this year, they just got winter crops planted last week.
 
and i've heard of those hay fires, in barns and stuff, thats nuts!!!!
 
thanks guys, and switch!!!!!!! i just saw a documentary about the century plaza in portland, if you can find it you should watch it. . . it was nuts.
