Might want to...take a few photo's off. There are alot of em, making any constructive CC hard.

I will say I like #5 the most though. Looks the best IMO

Sorry :x I was thinking my HDR technique could be critiqued better if I showed more examples of it.

Your tone mapping is consistant throughout which is good. They are slightly overdone and unnatural looking but not badly done. Just watch the sky. As soon as it gets dirty gray looking back off the highlight smoother. Or drop in a nice blue sky.

Thanks for the help. I'll try another one with more attention on the sky. My goal is to become good enough they look natural so every tip helps. What program do you suggest photoshop or photomatrix?

Photomatix is much better than Photoshop. It does one thing only and does it well.

I agree I find it easier to work with as well after experimenting a lot with photoshop's software. Do you start off with a certain preset or do you have your own? I always seem to have trouble with foliage in HDR's any tips?

I used your advice and this was my result. I think they are much more life like. I did have quite a battle with the grain but I think that was because my ISO was way too high for these two. Rookie mistake.

Windy days and blowing branches cause fuzzy leaves. What I do is select my best exposure for the leaves and use them on a layer erasing everything which isnt HDR so you are left with your HDR with an overlay of 1 well exposed shot of the leaves. Flatten and thats it. Your last two shots are the best of the lot.

I've found that topaz denoise is a very good photoshop plug-in that reduces noise very good, without losing much detail. The presets are 99% of the time good enough.

Thanks for the help Bynx! I will experiment with the hdr/exposed hybrid :-P

I will check out the topaz denoise plug-in. Thanks for the tip Compaq!
