Heading to New Orleans in the spring. Wondering where to stay and what to see.

Depends on which part of NOLA you wanna be in! I recently went there and we stayed at the W Hotel right across the street from Harrahs. Walking distance (by walking distance, i mean about a 15-25 minute walk) to French Market, and a tad closer to the French Quarters. to Bourbon St, it was about 20 minute walk for us. Now... as for restaurants... I can make you a list. hahah!
