Hey. I'm not new to reading these forums, but new to posting actual pictures. These are a little dull because I just scanned the print on my flatbed scanner. These are a little out of focus because I didn't focus them well enough. I did some hand dodging and burning and some scratch removal in Paint Shop Pro.

I'm in my first year of photo and it's rather rare to find things interesting enough to shoot.

The last one was a nice shot, perhaps a little too soft.

Yeah, the last one has a 5.5 filter on it, hence the contrast. It looks good that way, I think, though the scanner maybe made it a little too dark.

when you say your first year of photo, do you mean first year of school, or first year of photo all together? Because these are pretty good regardless

And I mean school: I got my first 35mm camera the Christmas before last, but I really had no idea what I was doing with it till I started taking photo this fall..
