Hello to everyone,
My name is Travis, and as my screen name implies, I enjoy flying and hail from semi-rural Oklahoma.
My photography experience is primarily that of your basic point and shoot, but did take a basic photo class in high school where we developed our own B&W film (late 80's). But much has slipped my mind since then, and a refresher is definitely necessary.
My equipment over the years has been a Vivatar Point-and-shoot of some sort, an early Canon PowerShot, Canon EOS IX (Advantix filmed SLR), Canon S3IS which finally failed, and lastly, the birthday/Christmas gift Canon Rebel T5 with 18-55mm and 75-300mm lenses.
While I have some knowledge of composing a photo, I wish to learn more to be utilize what I have to it's fullest. As well as looking for insight as to what equipment would be helpful and/or necessary, and what is a waste of resources.
Thanks for reading
