Hello to the forum

Hello all, my name is Pierre. I have been trolling this site, reading so many informational threads. Each is great as my knowledge is minimal when it comes to photography and digital cameras...so much to learn.
I have used various point and shoot cameras for the last few years, mostly work related. Now I have joined the ranks of Canon T1i owners. Even in the early stages, my wife is ready to pitch a tent, to help me with the cost of all this new equipment .

I have recently purchased PSE8, CS4 is too complicated for me as of now. I take mostly outdoor, landscape and some bird photos. I have deleted way more than saved photos.
I look forward to discussions with all of you, thanks for helping a newbie.
