Hello

Hello,
Been lurking for a week or so, and thought I'd intro myself. Been taking snapshots with a P/S most of my life, dabbled a bit 20 years ago with a Minolta 7000i, but finally upgraded to a Nikon D5000 a couple of months ago.

My main passion has been motorcycles, my current ride is an 08 Honda Goldwing, and am lucky enough to spend 3-4 weeks a year exploring the eastern part of the country. Thought the time was right to start taking my pictures seriously again since after getting married this weekend, my fiance' and I are headed to the Grand Canyon for a week on a bike!! I know it's one of the most photograph areas on Earth, but I havn't been there yet so I'm going to take a lot of pictures!! I have the kit lens', 18-55 3.5-5.6 and a 55-200 4-5.6, but I rented the 12-24 f/4 which should help my chances for some great photos!

I've enjoyed all the reading I've done here, and am trying to learn all I can.
