I think the crop is a bit awkward with the two half pieces at the bottom, perhaps if they are cropped off and the center hole sits on the bottom of the frame you end up with a nicer composition.

the title has me confused. is the name of the picture "help help"? or are your asking for help with the picture?
the first one doesn't make as much sense to me.
