Help, I am getting super annoyed!!!!

Going to tell you what DiscoJoe told me the other day when I was having the same issue: It's a Caucasian problem. Pale skin relfects surrounding color.

But yeah, pale babies reflect color a bit more as do pale people. And the color is not too yellow now. If you examine the skin closely and the hat as he said they are perfectly balanced. Now we have the real problem which is there is too much freaking pink in this photo. Everything is pink including the baby. Fix the skin it skews everything else. Had you used a darker shade of a different color this might not have happened. Or maybe some gels to match flash lighting to any ambient lighting could have corrected this. Simple fix for the future is Dont use a light pink blanket.

Thanks guys, makes me feel a little better to know it wasn't crazy jaundice yellow.

BTW DiskoJoe (with a k, haha!) I did NOT want to use that pink fabric, the mother saw and then insisted on using it for just about all of the shots. I was so frustrated because I had brought a few new backdrops and props (that she asked to bring, btw) and she didn't want to use any of them.

I did eventually switch to some ambient light which I am just now sitting down to edit so I will post more of those later. For now, just enjoy her older brother...who is not pink
