Help Identifying a Raptor

So I really don't know a lot about birds, however lately I have been getting a lot of enjoyment searching for and attempting to photograph birds of prey. So today, while out driving around the back roads, I found this nest and was able to get this shot. I know the quality is no good, but can anyone help me with identifying this bird.?
