Help me please with this little issue!

Lately, I was wondering how could I fix this because I tried to take pics with or w/o filters and still had the same problem. Anyone can tell me how do i solve this?

Solve what, exactly?

The overexposed lamp? The underexposed background? The poor wiring job? The flare of the lamp?

Dont mind most of those probs but the flare of the lamp :| it doesnt look oki and got nowhere to take a pic as sample

There probably isn't much you can do to avoid it, shooting directly into a light source like that...

You can try varying the aperture... that may help.

The lens flare is normal. You can get good lens flares by shooting straight to the spotlight or straight to the sun during morning and evening. Don't shoot to the sun at noon time.

What you are seeing is internal reflection between two or more of the lens elements (flare). Back in the day, lens flare was much worse but today's lenses are multi coated ( Anti-reflective coating - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) which helps but can't totally eliminate flare.
