Help - Picasa zooming feature

I open the picasa and I could not find the zooming feature in it. I went to it's help line and it says:

To zoom in and out of an individual photo, click the magnifying-glass icon in the top-right corner.

But I don't see any magnifying-glass icon mentioned on mine.
Appreciate for any help.

Oop sorry for being too rush, I found it!!
I need to instal the photo first - than zoom.
