The could inside the battery compartment of the Q-Light are corroded. I don't see a way to remove them. Does anyone know how I should go about fixing this? :(

"The Could"- if the contacts are corroded usually a minor abrasive like a Pencil Eraser works for me. Some baking soda, occasionally. If the batteries are rotted, and corroded the inner workings: not much can be done to salvage the flash.

Polatronic Flash Polaroid Flash 2350 with Flash Bracket 2352 | eBay

Random Ebay Auction. I use a Polatronic 2350 with my SX-70 Sonar. The answer is- not too expensive to replace the electronic flash with a better one.

Vintage Polaroid Supercolor Autofocus 3500 Land Camera SX 70 w Film Manual | eBay

There are still some "sleeper" SX-70 cameras on EBay. Polaroid had a line of non-SLR AF cameras with a better lens than the One-Step, which was fixed-focus.

If you can, post a picture of the affected flash.
