help so much noise

this image was originally really dark i tried to brighten it up in photoshop but now the noise just took over i have tried using the noise reduction filters can any one give me some help full tips on reduceing this noise useing photoshop??

You probably don't want to work in indexed color for one, or post a fix it in GIF... It may be stepped on too much but this is what I got without noise ninja, so so results, quick test only:

HEY! Great work maybe just a little bit of color correction here and there and it would look even better.

im intoressted in this noises ninja is the software worth the price?

I bought "Noiseware" from these guys http://www.imagenomic.com/ and I love it. But I've never used noise ninja so I can't compare...
