Help with Ink-jet printing

I am using Kodak Professional luster ink-jet paper for my printing. I don't have problems with it until I print my wallets. I am not sure if I am not letting them dry long enough. The wallets seem to get scratched easily, just by thumbing through the pics. Wallets gets touched a lot and I do not want someone basing the quality of the wallets to the quality of my work. Do I need to use some type of spray on them? Does anyone have any advise for me?
