Help with PP

Grandpa and Granddaughter don't get to see much of each other since they live far apart. I know these pictures aren't contest worthy, but I love the "feeling" of them and think Papa would appreciate a print. I took them in a restaurant with terrible lighting (I still need an external flash!) I had to use a high ISO to get any picture at all. They are so grainy that I changed them to B & W, but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for improving them..if possible. Thanks.
