To me, it's a little too bright now. Somewhere between this one and the original might be the sweet spot.

demon, i think the edit is a lot better, but its a smidge oversaturated

The main problem is going to be getting that sky in the center to not be overexposed... graduated ND filters won't do it, because that would leave the sides underexposed.

An overcast day would be the best, but this is one that lends itself to HDR to have beautiful blue sky at the upper center.
