How can I improve these two photos? I shoot raw & manual. Canon 70-200 2.8 III and tamron 150-600 g2. Canon 80D.

Your exif info doesn't show your settings so what were your settings and we can start from there. Also, were you using a bi or tripod? I could be wrong but the first pic looks like it's ISO may've been too high. The 2nd just seems a little out of focus.

Yes, figured it was better in this section having read somebody else's thread which somebody pointed them in this direction.

I had to micro adjust my 150-600 G2, using their connector. It is a real PITA but it was worth it. Used the Focal software so it was a little less painful, but still not ideal. Tamron offers this service for free in Europe, where you just have to pay the shipping, but I did not want to be without my camera for a few weeks. I might consider it in the winter though.
