These are great, what a wonderful smile the baby has! I think I read on your website that you use natural lighting only, right? Do you use a reflector at all? I think that would have helped here, especially to lighten up the eyes which are lost in shadow.

Yes, I use natural light only. Thanks. I have never used a reflector before.

Great work :thumbsup: For me the eyes are so important in portraiture, so having the light hit his eyes make the whole picture sparkle. Try a reflector sometime, can be as simple as some cardboard covered with foil, give you all that much more time to shoot when harsh daylight creates shadows.

to use a piece of paper! or cardstock works well.

Cardstock is great because you can get it in different shades to give a different mood to the photo

I sat outside the Picture People the other day at the mall watching what they used for props. I was shocked at how simple they were, and also that they took about 3-4 photos TOPS for the session :shock:
