Hi Photo Forum Neighbors,

I'm Ruth (RJS1121a) from a small city close to Houston, Texas - Deer Park. I love shooting and also teach photography to beginners here in my area. I specialize in portraits, but also have ventured out into the worlds of Macro, Landscape, Still Life and Nature. Just getting out and shooting is simply one of my biggest passions. I have encouraged my daughter to pursue photography as well and she has evolved into quite an artist with a very creative eye. I just found this forum today and see that I am going to be enjoying visiting and participating in discussions as much as possible. I have started a Gallery page... so everyone is invited to visit and comment. All comments are welcome and anyone can make suggestions and corrections as they see fit. That is how we learn
