Hi
I am currently living in Memphis Tn the Bluff City. I'm from Philadelphia but had a 5 year stop in Chicago before getting to Memphis. My first SLR my Dad's Olympus 35SP that I still have. I haven't used it for several years but it still is an incredible camera. I purchased a Canon AE-1 and then I moved up to an A-1. With kids and the whole "Cats in the Cradle" thing I kind of shelved the camera in favor of a video camera. What a waste. I bought my first digital camera in 2001 for a family trip to England. It was a Kodak that took incredible pictures. In 2009 I moved up to a Nikon D80 before a business trip to China. I travel a lot for work and like to bring a camera with me so I recently purchased a Fuji x100s. I'm hooked. What an incredible camera and so small and light. With my iPad Gen 4 and and the availability of some impressive photo editing apps and can travel and edit on the road. I also purchased some lenses for my iPhone 5s and am pretty impressed. I love taking picture but don't consider my self a "photographer" I'd love to improve the quality of my photos and look forward to sharing and learning from the community.
