Hi from Northern California

I thought I would start this by introducing myself. My name is Lisa, I'm a very bored stay at home wife. My husbands job requires us to move about every two months, therefore home is a 32 ft. fifth wheel. Although moving so much sometimes is difficult I have great oppertunities to see so much, new places all the time. Nature photos seem to interest me the most. I have never been a good shot until resently my husband purchased me a fairly nice digital camera for my birthday. I am definately a hands on learner, the digital camera has already taught me alot, it helps when you can take several pictures with different settings, run in and upload to the computer, and see instantly the results. For me I try to use the cameras settings to their fullest, I have found that trying to manipulate the photo on the computer makes the photos look worse than if I just leave them alone. I am currently on holiday vacation in Ohio visiting family, before coming here I took the photos off my computer and put them to disc to share here, I couldn't believe it but I had nearly 600 pictures. The reason that I decided search for something such as this forum on line is the response I got from everyone that I have showed my collection to. Just about everyone complimented on them, said that I have some post card quality. I know that there is so much for me to learn but I think I finally have found something to hold my interest. I am looking forward to chatting with you all and learning all I can. Thanks :wink:
