Hide and seek with a Woodpecker

In this case a Male - Greater Spotted Woodpecker- he was on the wall to the rear of my house yesterday morning- eyeing up the feeder- every time I raised the camera he ducked- I finally nailed this shot

I had tried to plan for that Kirk- unfortunately I knock the tripod as I tokk the shot and lost a little of his tail- maybe next time hey?
