The noise is fine to me. Not wanting to be unpleasant but IMHO I would prefer the atmospheric "Noise" to the over correction which produces interference and doesn't really do much to the noise anyway. But of course, THAT is the whole point, we all have different opinions and they are all valid.
I genuinly like them just the way they are. The sunburst is great It breaks every rule in the book), and the trails highlighted by the setting sun are fantastic. Your creative oportunities are somewhat limited and I suppose that all you can really do is hope for a "goodun" and take advantage of it. But it works.
The second one is actually an Airliner it looks to be either an Embario 170 or 190
Now for the noise thing who care I shot film so ya all of you experts will say that I have way to much "Noise" put in reality its called the film grain.

I thought cedew's adjustments to the pics looked really good and an excellent suggestion, NoiseNinja or something along those lines can be a great tool.
yeah i used noise ninja and it worked magnificently, with only one problem.....
when i saved the new pics on my computer, they had a large grid of lines running through it. so basically, was screwed up. anyone know how to fix that?
