Homemade Candle

This candle was made by my wife and daughter at home. What else I could do other than shoot it? I know I could do better with the reflection at the bottom. CCs are most welcome.

Great shot and framing, but it kinda of bothers me that the bottom the the glass is out of focus.

That's a pretty cool candle.

I wonder if you would be able to put a lemon wedge or something in there - make it look more like a drink. Not sure how that would hold up...

And I agree - you need more DOF here. The bottom of the glass needs to be in focus - it looks weird how it is.

I agree too with DOF. Besides, maybe you can lit up the candle for more enhanced mood that you can create.
