The hoodie doesn't really stand out very much. The color of the hoodie and the stream is kind of similar..

Absolutely! The contrast is less on the posted image than the printed picture. I ran 9 different 8X10 prints with varying contrast settings and picked the one I thought looked best when set in a White 11X14 mat. I'll head back to the drawing board. Thanks for the input it's appreciated.
