Rob,
It is clear what you are trying to get at here but, imo, there are some places where the images fall short.
In the first, there is nothing really to look at, to focus on, and it is only the title that gives us a hint.
The second has a bit of perspective distortion and would profit from cropping to a standard size (4 x 5) and even perhaps a bit of sepia toning to match the content.
the last is the kind of picture that depends for its impact on the perfection of the image so you might try to correct the slight barrel distortion and perhaps lighten the shadows at the top.
Generally, I think you have a good eye for this and are well on your way.

Thank you for the tips. I have went and set the lens profiles then attempted to correct the perspective distortions. Here are the results:
1.

2. While the distortion correction seems to have slightly affected the awning, the barrel distortion of the important part of the photo has been dealt with, and the lines have been straightened for perspective correction as well. IMO overall improvement.

Can't tell, but #2 looks like it may be just a hair crooked. But I like it non the less! Good job!
