How about a Night Gallery Sub section in Gallerys

I know that pictures taken at night could be of anything and would go in thier respective threads. But how about a Night Gallery sub section specifically for any night time shots.

Or would that be opening can of worms per-say?

I don't think another forum is a good idea. Personally I liked it better when everyone just ambushed the beginners section. May have not been the right forum, but there were a lot more responses to the photos. I haven't really been on here much since they changed it, but I've been back for a few days and seems that the quantity of the CC replies has gone way way down. I could be wrong, just the way it seems from what I observed the past few days.

Quantity of replies always goes down over a weekend. It's THE worst time to post. Now Mondays are good for views, lots of people back at work and not wanting to be - weekdays are generally better - fridays are hit and miss depending who's going out and who isn't.

As for adding a nighttime gallery - eh I can't see a need for it myself. As you say many of the topics would already fit into other sections, plus we have a dedicated nighttime theme thread running as well (and its not, what I'd call, oversubscribed).

Actually, it's much better now that the beginners section isn't treated like a dump.

That's why I've only been getting 1 or 2 people responding. I remembered it still being active on the weekend.

I haven't been on the forum for a while myself till just recently, and I totally agree with your observation.

I so totally missed that nighttime theme thread. Ill have to go back and search for it.
