Shoot it again with flash so that the foreground is not underexposed so badly (unless you are trying for silouhettes.. then the foreground should be much darker.. it didn't look like you were trying for that, although it is hard to tell)... Decide what the subject is (there is no clear subject) .. and use the rule of thirds to place it attractively in the photo. Get rid of anything that isn't necessary to the photo you are trying to produce ( like the half chair)
