How did you hear about ThePhotoForum.com - Film and Digital Photography Forum

I have the application of phone so I clicked on it and here I am. I was looking for photography sites I love taking pictures especially outdoor shots. Most of what I upload is outdoor scenery and sky shots. Landscapes. Stuff like that. I am not a professional photographer I do most of my photography right now with my phone because I don't have a camera anymore. Someone broke the door off of it.

Googling info on some lens or technique - this was the hit that gave the most honest and helpful answers. It was the only site that made me want to stay and look around further. Had to join so I could view the pics!

3 years ago while researching my first DSLR, this forum popped up. I read members feedback and opinions and I liked what I read. I felt like the members were very knowledgable and I could learn a lot from hanging around here.

...so here I hang :1219:

Hello all.

Ran a Google search. Looked through a few and wanted one that was easy to navigate through and offered varied discussions for all levels and this one appeared to be one of the better ones.

I like this too. Some of the forums are kind of hard to get into though. They're a little complicated like it'll just spin around and say processing but nothing Laffan. I haven't gotten the hang of tapatalk yet. I guess is just like any other social network you just gotta tlearn how to use them they're all different .

Google search, forgot the exact term (something forum). First result was a forum with a black background that looked like it was run on lower end forum software so I went with the second result which was this.

The screen of my my D3100 Nikon has shadow on it's four corners. Is there a way I can remove this?

I simply Googled "Photography Forum". I believe it was second on the list of results.

We are always interested in finding out how you found our site. If you can please let us know if you found us on another forum, via Google or Bing or any other method.

This helps us determine what areas seem to be working for us (as far as letting people know about us) or what areas we made need to work on to help get the word out.

Thanks!
I was looking for an answer as to why my Nikon lcd had shadows in the corners when Google brought me here.

I Googled "photography forum" and this one, among others, popped up.

Yesterday, I was looking for the best photography forum in the world. Alexa.com is a website to show the ranking of websites based on number of visits. I looked for the most-visited photography forum throughout Alexa's categories (in context of photography) and I found this forum there.
