How do I get my photos looking like these??

How would I get my photos looking like these . | Flickr - Photo Sharing! . | Flickr - Photo Sharing! . | Flickr - Photo Sharing! The person has taken them using a DSLR. I have a Olympus E620. Is it something I need to do on the camera or is an after effect I do on photoshop or something?

As I can tell by the tags added to the photo, he used lightroom to create the effects. Which by the looks of it, it would not be difficult to use any other type of editing program you can find/may have. A little alteration in the hues/levels/ and a faded layer over it. Goodluck. :thumbup:
