Why are the wings like this? And how do I fix it in future?

I would have liked the wings to be fixed - should I have used a faster shutter speed?

Speed speed speed. not near fast enough shutter speed. For a bee likely needed a minimum 1/2500 maybe even 1/4000

In this frontal position and relatively so close, it is impossible to "freeze" the wings unless flash light — as fill flash in combination with existing daylight — is used.

Thank you all - I think the electronic shutter did NOT help

The read out speed of the sensor in the R7 isn't fast enough to use electronic shutter for these type of shots.
Use mechanical shutter, and maybe get off of F11. I know with macro you're trying for depth of field, but iso 32,000 isn't helping you.
