How do I unsubscribe from a specific thread?

Two ways:

Open the thread, click "Thread Tools" at the top of the thread, and choose "Unsubscribe from this Thread"

-or-

Open your subscription list (Quick Links -> Subscibed Threads), check the box on the right side next to the thread you want to unsubscribe from, then at the bottom of the list find the pull-down box that says "Selected Threads", choose "Delete Subscription" and click "Go".
