how do they get those colors?!

Ok so I have been looking at some of the work on here for some time now and I was wondering how much of what I see is post processing. For example I have seen some amazing photos with really great saturated colors and mine don't look like that at all. How do you get those rich colors like that? Is that mostly done in photoshop or is there something I am not doing?

Photoshop is a wonderful thing. You can do pretty much anything with it.
